WHAT WE DO?

• We’re a young, energetic company that is building a super cool web-based software application for the hospitality industry. Are you interested in writing software that predicts the future? At Revenue Science Corporation, we are building new and exciting tools to help hoteliers understand their customer demand and optimize their revenue and profit.
  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• At least 2-3 years working experience in related field, especially in building web-based and Windows systems.
• Happy, friendly, hard-working and fun-loving newbie developers looking to start their career.
• Computer geeks who enjoy coding.
• Coders who are happier speaking computer language than human language!
• Software guys and girls of any age.
• Those who think out of the box, and love to learn new concepts to grow their hacking skills.
  SKILLS WE LOVE
  We know that it is hard to find one person that knows everything, so here is a list of what we are using:
• Our software is built with Ruby on Rails. We use PostgreSQL as a database engine and we host our software in the Heroku environment.
• We’re planning to migrate our software from Ruby to C#.NET eventually. All new technology will be used to back our software including ASP.NET MVC 5, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework 6, SQL Server 2012, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Knockout JS, AngularJS.
• We are in the cloud! We use Windows Azure and Amazon Web Services to back our software. Cloud infrastructure is here to stay. It’s a good chance to be part of this ecosystem now.
• We use Git as a source control tool. You will be part of our small team on GitHub. And you will have a chance to play with tons of cool tools such as Office 365, Salesforce, Pivotal Tracker etc.
• We use the Agile and Scrum development methodologies. Our team is small but efficient. We are opinionated but open, and prefer no nonsense tasks. We work hard and play hard.
