Responsibilities:
• Provide GLOBE template and market specific application systems expertise for business areas (Marketing & Sales)
• Diagnose end-user application system-related incidents and take correct for the immediate resolution; escalate to the GLOBE center for second level resolution
• Coordinate with the Market business excellence and process owners in assessing emerging market business requirements to align with GLOBE application template processes and best practice
• Identify the changes in process, data and technology required to the GLOBE solution to address business requirements, including the development of functional specifications according to the market requirements following GT change request procedure.
• Conduct systems tests to ensure that solutions delivered by GC AOA address business requirements as defined and specified on functional specifications
• Provide end-user support in the use of Business warehouse, including the development of BW query reports to address business needs
• Coordinate with role-coordinator to ensure that end-user-role has been properly tested before assign employee to that role, raise role change request and/or escalate request/problem/issue to GC AOA if require
• Identify end-user training requirements and assist in delivering end-user training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year experience in use and exploitation of data within SAP environment (CRM, BW, Sales & Distribution Module)
• Good command of English at intermediate level
• Experience in FMCG business will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and project management
