This is a challenging role, which will at times include international travel, and will surely offer a rewarding experience for the chosen candidate.

The SA will be responsible for:
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional / technical
requirements that cover all business needs.
• Provide functional design (Application workflow, Screen mockup and Reports)
• Develop detailed software specification for identified developments ensuring that they respond
to business needs and are able to be clearly understood by development teams
• Develop document to support project (High Level Design specification, Low Level Design
specification, Work flows and User Manual)
• Handle test application to approve product right with business requirements.
• Work with test team to translate business requirements into test cases
• Work with the Project Managers to ensure that developments respect established scope and
time requirement
• Support user acceptance test.
• Perform pre and post launch support
• Control application development to SDLC
• Help define, operate and supervise Tests Scrip creation
• Participate in training users

Profile:
• Master's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Software development (design, implementation, system analysis,
service/support and problem solving).
• Analytical & technically skilled – ability to understand how practical a solution is, with reference
to the business requirements
• Experience in J2EE & Java Technology (Servlet, JSP, EJB, JMS, XML) and Web Services will
be an advantage
• Experience in .NET software development (VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#) with framework 3.5/4.0/4.5
will be an advantage
• Knowledge of web languages including HTML5 and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of XML related technologies like XML, XSLT, DTD, XSD, SAX, DOM, JAXB
• Knowledge of the OOAD and OOP concepts
• Familiar with Oracle database / SQL Server database or any RDBMS.
• Good working experience of web & application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat and IIS will be
an advantage
• 1 year of experience in Test Driven Development
• Good listening and communication skills at all levels (intermediary between business and
technical solution suppliers)
