POSITIONS
1. Online Marketing Executive

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you! We are looking for an Online Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The current focus will be on mobile channels to support TrueMoney Wallet and other exciting upcoming services.
Key objectives:
• Manage online marketing contents to drive traffic to website/mobile application
• Analyze key metrics from analytic tools to create the most optimized campaign
• Plan and execute new marketing campaigns on several platforms, e.g. Facebook Install Ads, Admob, Adwords, and other ad networks
• Derive marketing insights on customer preference from current campaigns.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concept, strategy and best practice.
• Experience in SEO, mobile marketing, and social media
• Solid knowledge of website/mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Flurry, etc.)
2. Product Manager - Payment Gateway

Job Description:
The Product Manager of True Money Payment Gateway will be responsible for the consumer checkout experience and the Merchant Portal, the post-transaction interface the merchant is using to manage his transactions and his business. TrueMoney wants to create the ultimate experience for consumers and merchants and we want to define optimized experiences across the checkout and all the different post-transaction functions such as Reporting, Chargeback Management, Reconciliation and Settlement.
• Product ownership and definition for all aspects of the consumer checkout and merchant post-transaction experience
• Constructing a robust vision that matches market dynamics and is translated accurately in product development.
• Working directly with development teams in an agile methodology to write stories, manage the product backlogs, define user experience and deliver new features
• Collaboratively with the marketing, and support teams to create, launch and improve a successful product line.
• Owning the product from a technical and knowledge perspective, driving the resolution of any bugs or issues that occur and collecting feedback on product requirements from the wider team
• Gathering customer (consumer and merchant) feedback and continuously optimizing the customer experiences and product business logic to deliver increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Define minimum viable product, product roadmap and align products with strategy and financial targets.
• Researching market opportunity, gaining key customer and competitor insight and developing key marketing collateral to enable the sales processes.
• Tracking the business value and measuring the financial success of the product
Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience at a merchant, banking, payment service provider, or related business.
• Strong technical understanding and deep familiarity with web technologies and software development
• Knowledge with e-commerce from both business and technical sides
• Experience in building, marketing and launching technical products
• Capability in market research, product design, analytics and software development
• Knowledge of e-commerce and digital content markets desirable with understanding of customer and merchant needs
• Experience working with legal and compliance departments to ensure product compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements while optimizing user experience
3. Assistant Product Manager - Payment Gateway

Job Description:
• Consolidate needs and requirements from internal, consumer and merchant experience.
• Effectively communicate with development teams in an agile methodology to write stories, manage the product backlogs, define user experience and deliver new features.
• Analyze e-commerce and payment gateway trends and generate new ideas, develop product roadmap, implement user research and competitor analysis
• Manage product life cycle from launch to end of life including development, marketing, feedback collection, change management
• Working with legal and compliance departments to ensure product compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements while optimizing user experience
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience at a merchant, banking, payment service provider, or related business.
• Proficient knowledge of payment gateway management practices and principles.
• Hands on and proven experiences in developing e-commerce or payment gateway product
• Knowledge with e-commerce from both business and technical sides
• Professional with strong ownership and able to work independently
• Working experience with payment gateway or banking in payment gateway management.
4. Java Developer

Job Description:
As a Java software engineer, you must be able to lead and produce technical design and implementation to solve and serve business requirements.
• Be part of a development team that develops software according to business requirements
• Design and implement software according to software development best practice.
• Owns quality of software and deliver necessary tests to ensure quality, such as unit tests, system tests, and automated tests.
• Support technical operations and application support on deployment and production issues
per necessary.
Qualifications:
• 2 years+ experience in Java software development: J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Framework, WebSphere, TomCat)
• Experience with development tools such as source control, build tools, test driven tools, and similar.
• Hand on experience with Linux or others is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery is a plus.
• Able to write unit tests and automated tests to test team’s code.

5. Android Developer
Job Description:
In this role you will collaborate with other mobile and web developers, designers, testers, product owners.
While the primary responsibilities will include building mobile applications as well as developing features for existing mobile applications, you will have opportunities to contribute to all aspects of the products.
You must be able to pick up new languages and technologies quickly, be a strong team player, and rapidly adapt to changing business.
The ideal candidate will have experience building Android mobile applications that rely on web services.
Qualifications:
• 2 years+ experience in native Android software development
• Strong passion for learning and adapting to new technologies about mobile and user interaction on smart phones and tablets
• Strong desire to create innovative, best-in-class, interactive experiences
• Experience executing team-based development projects through several full product development cycles
• Experience in Java, C++, and HTML 5 and demonstrable object-oriented programming experience
