ทำได้ครับ แต่ขึ้นกับ algorithm ของแต่ละเจ้าว่าจะออกมาดีหรือไม่ดี บาง algorithm อาจจะดีกับภาพบางแบบโดยเฉพาะก็ได้ บางตัวอาจจะเน้นกำจัด noise บางตัวอาจจะเน้นเก็บรายละเอียด
ลองดูรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมตามนี้ก็ได้ครับ แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าเหลือรายละเอียดมาก-น้อยแค่ไหนเพราะต้นเรื่องโดนสั่งลบไปแล้ว

ถ้าไม่มีไฟล์ Digital RAW (CR2, NEF, DNG ฯลฯ) การ oversampling ก็คือการย่อขนาดรูปแหละครับ แต่หาโปรแกรมย่อที่มันดีๆ หน่อยเท่านั้นเอง (อย่างใช้ lanczos resize ใน imagemagick)

ตากล้องส่วนใหญ่ จะ resize และ un sharp mask ทีละ นิดๆ เพื่อเก็บรายละเอียดภาพเอาไว้ และภาพจะคมสวยเหมือนเดิม
