Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - 1 Position
Position Summary
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) reports to the General Manager and is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. Must be well versed with Saas and with producing consumer web and mobile applications.

Job Descriptions:
•Provide direction for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
•Build and manage a top-flight technology team, and oversee research and development as well as project management.
•Understanding and experience using agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
•Provide visible leadership for the company within the technology community.
•Anticipate and react to major changes to ensure the company can scale using the most appropriate technologies.
•Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations.

Qualifications:
•30 + years of age.
•Bachelor in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or higher is preferable.
•At least 10 years in Software development, with 3 years in senior management position.
•Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•High proficiency in English skills
