##The main responsibilities are:
• Understand business problems and users, define user personas and use cases
• Creating wireframe UI concepts, sharing them with the team using visual tools, like sketches, storyboards etc
• Create prototypes, interface wireframes and user flows, ensuring iterative feedback is incorporated
• Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality, and user interface design; creating user scenarios; preparing data models; designing workflow, dataflow, and navigation; evaluating information representation; participating and presenting at internal creative and UX meetings
• Identify user requirements by researching and analysing user needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods; studying how users consume content, including data categorization and labelling; meeting with focus groups
• Creating document plans, including wireframes, site maps, logic flows, functional specifications, goal matrices
##ESSENTIAL SKILLS
You would have worked in the role already and have proven track record of the following skills:
• Experience as an Interaction Designer / User Experience / Information Architect experience
• Hands-on user-interface design and information architecture design (visual design is a plus)
• Proficiency in wire-framing and other UX related tools such as Keynote, Omnigraffle
• Strong design sensibilities (visual, transition and interaction) and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to complete research and evaluations based on competitors, heuristics, accessibility, SEO, Analytics and translate this research into recommendations
• Passion for taking research findings and translate them into business goals, user goals, user personas, use cases and logical forward thinking wireframes
• Ability to think and work across all devices with truly channel agnostic content
• A UX based portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, and innovation around interaction design and information structuring
• Outstanding communication, rationale delivery, presentation and storytelling skills Experience in usability testing
• Good knowledge of development implementation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc)
• Good presentation and people skills
