Within MMIT the Department Operations is responsible for the delivery of services within the SLA, based on business rules that are agreed with the client. The Department Operations is in charge of the communication with the client about our services, the process of the data and the setup of processes for campaigns. Because of international growth we need a professional Client Service Manager to locally manage the business relationship with our Thailand account, which is now being supported by MMIT HQ in Amsterdam. It is your challenge to further develop and nourish existing relationships and ensure a smooth handover of support delivered by MMIT Amsterdam over to you.
As our local representative you provide day to day operational support for MMIT for the Thailand account and support on other countries in the APAC region, including Indonesia and Australia. You manage all the commercial and operational contact with our clients and you are the essential link between our company, our local clients and their marketing agencies, fulfillment agencies and many other relevant local parties. On a daily basis you monitor operational processes, such as data feeds to ensure clients data is processing as expected and you monitor applications, to ensure clients application up time is as expected.
In association with the client you manage the forward planning of marketing activities to be supported by MMIT. You facilitate and monitor campaign execution and campaign results and you identify process or campaign improvements.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are searching for an experienced Account Manager in the field of Database Marketing in Thailand. It is a solo function (with international support). Therefore it is important that you have the capability to priorities with minimal direct supervision, take initiative and you don’t mind working alone.
To successfully fulfill this position it is necessary to have relevant DM/CRM experience, approximately 3 years. Of course you’re English and Thai is fluent. Furthermore you are commercial drive, socially sensitive, and have a good mix of both conceptual and operational skills. To be able to facilitate and monitoring campaigns, we expect good organization and planning skills. Finally you are expected to travel twice a year to the main office in The Netherlands
