• Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software
• Windows Vista, Windows7
• Windows 2003 Server basic skill
• Active Directory concept
• MS Outlook, MS Exchange
• MS Office 2007 (Include Visio and Project)
• Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop
• Network, Cabling and Wireless troubleshooting
• IP Phone and PABX concept
• Printer troubleshooting
• Understand basic concept of ITIL especially incident management process
• Able work under pressure
