- Windows Vista, Windows7
- Windows 2003 Server basic skill
- Active Directory concept
- MS Outlook, MS Exchange
- MS Office 2007 (Include Visio and Project)
- Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop
- Network, Cabling and Wireless troubleshooting
- IP Phone and PABX concept
- Printer troubleshooting
- Understand basic concept of ITIL especially incident management process
- Able work under pressure
