Job Description :
- At least bachelor degree in computer related field with 2 years experience
- Problem analysis and trouble shooting skill
- Communication skill
- Service mind
- Good command in English both speaking and writing
- Understand basic concept of ITIL especially incident management process
- Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software (SAP is an advantage)
- Windows Vista and Windows7
- Windows 2003 Server basic skill
- Active Directory concept
- Advance Microsoft Office 2007 (Include One Note)
- Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop
- Network troubleshooting
- IP Phone and PABX concept
- Printer troubleshooting
- Ticket Management concept
- Basic HTML
