  • At least bachelor degree in computer related field with 2 years experience
  • Problem analysis and trouble shooting skill
  • Communication skill
  • Service mind
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing
  • Understand basic concept of ITIL especially incident management process
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware and Software (SAP is an advantage)
  • Windows Vista and Windows7
  • Windows 2003 Server basic skill
  • Active Directory concept
  • Advance Microsoft Office 2007 (Include One Note)
  • Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop
  • Network troubleshooting
  • IP Phone and PABX concept
  • Printer troubleshooting
  • Ticket Management concept
  • Basic HTML
