QA / SOFTWARE TESTER

A QA/Tester at Vizrt works as part of an R&D team and reports to the team leader directly, who in turn reports to the Head of R&D in Thailand. The successful candidate will not be afraid to ask questions, and will work independently, taking full responsibility for ensuring that the tasks assigned to him/her are done on time, to the highest quality standard.

Location will be Vizrt offices in suburban Bangkok. (Central Changwatthana)

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing both manual and automated test plans to ensure that our products is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.
Contribute to the QA team in design test cases in the new enhancement features and the bug fixes in the existing features as well as execute these test cases to ensure the high quality of the product.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects that found in the system test phase and provide reproducing steps and recommendation root cause to the development team.
File and update tickets documenting discovered defects in our bug tracking system.
Create or modify test tools, test scripts both functional and performance test to help during test execution phase.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
• 0-4 years of experience in Software Testing (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Good understanding in software testing methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Good command in English/Thai communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• High responsibility, motivation and good team player.
• Experience in automated test tool would be an advantage.
• Experience in programming would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Hardware operation would be advantage.
