The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) will organize an OCSC International Education Expo 2013 on Saturday and Sunday November 2nd-3rd, 2013 from 12.00 p.m.-6 p.m. on the 5th floor of the Royal Paragon Hall at Siam Paragon Shopping Center. This year the expo will introduce the concept of ‘Check in’ overseas education in your style’ to provide students, parents and also the general public an opportunity to obtain information about overseas education varying from language courses, vocational schools, colleges and universities. This event is part of OCSC development scheme to support the new generation of Thai human capital to prepare for the Asean Economic Community (AEC) in 2015.

The OCSC Education Expo 2013 provides special services including University Matching and Counseling Session on Saturday November 2nd, 2013 from 10.00 am-11.30 am and Sunday November 3rd, 2013 from 10.00-12.00 only. These special activities are designed to provide detailed education information to the participant. In addition, there are workshops conducted by experts on how to write an effective Statement of Purpose (SoP), self-finding test, sample English tests such as Online English Test, IELTS and TOEFL Pre-Test. OCSC has gathered over 250 leading universities, colleges and high schools from 20 countries around the world such as United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Singapore, Korea etc. For this special event, the participating institutes will also provide scholarships and discounts exclusively for visitors.

This year OCSC provides students guidance on government scholarships including King’s Scholarship, Undergraduate Intelligence Scholarship (UIS) Program and other Ministry schemes.
