IT monitoring 5 Positions
Job Description :
- Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure at the corporate office and data center environments.
- Monitor backup process
- Monitor system log, security log and report for suspect activity.
- Respond, resolve and report on network or service events.
- Open and assign trouble tickets as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact in outages and service impacting events.
- Escalate issues internally and externally with vendors as needed.
- Interface with engineers, internal departments and external customers to resolve issues.
- Oversee and participate in system maintenances to ensure support teams, engineering and customer service are informed.
- Operate in a 24x7 NOC environment including being on call, responding to system alarms, shift work, after hours and holiday coverage is required.
- Provide desktop support to internal customers.
- Trouble shoot data network events.
- Suggest and implement improvements to existing monitoring systems.
Qualifications : - Thai National, Male or Female, Age 22-28
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, and pro-active with a driving focus on quality and service availability.
Systems Administrator 1 Position
Job Description :
- Manage local office IT infrastructure.
- Manage network system and server for good performance and stability.
- Server Setup & Maintenance.
- Backup data and system state of any server for prevention of data corruption.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications : - Thai National, Male or Female, Age 22-28
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related field.
- Strong Unix and Network device skill.
- Good technical skill, knowledge and experience in Unix, Network device and DNS.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
Web Programmer / Programmer 1 Position
Job Description :
- Designs, programs, implements, documents.
- Develops both internal and external website and web-based applications/features.
- Generates, maintains and archives web site content.
- Researches and develops new web technologies.
- Able to upgrade existing code to higher version.
Qualifications : - Thai National, Male or Female, Age 22-28
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Programming or Related field.
- Experience in PHP, Java, Java Script, CSS, AJAX, MySQL
- Experience in web design an advantage.
- Strong sense of logic and decoding.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be a team player.
