Qualification:
- Have experience in Java Web Programming around 3-5 years
- Have experience in overall Programming around 6-8 years
- Able to discuss with Biz User and have good communication skill (able to understand business requirement)
- Able to design system in term of Database, System Architecture, System Work Flow, Java Framework, etc
- Able to support in UAT Period, and able to run testing in System Test Period
- Self Learning and able to learn in new area (both in biz & technology)
- Able to work under pressure and be good team work
- Able to work with SDLC Process
