IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
• Support day-to-day first level of IT infrastructure ie servers, workstations, printers according to agreed SLA and responsibility definitions between GC, LGO and users.
• Install SNOW, OASIS, printers and other required infrastructure components and upgrade / replace of the components whenever necessary.
• Manage incidents in the IT infrastructure area and ensure the proper escalation to the GC.
• Co-ordinate with LGO customer care and GC support team in resolving IT infrastructure issues in the market e.g. GWAN, LAN, other networks and backup operations in all sites in the market.
• Participate in projects for continuous improvement in the local IT infrastructure in the market.
• Participate and ensure the understanding of the business neeeds and priorities in order to maintain customer focus.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3 years experience in IT e.g. network, communication and hardware.
• Intermediate English level
