Software Park, Bangkok, April 23rd, 2013 - Mr. Harin Upara, Managing Director of Datapro Computer Systems Co., Ltd. and Mr. Marlon McMartin, Managing Director of Mai Thai Enterprises Co., Ltd., have announced their cooperation for launching OfficeAbility in Thailand. Through this cooperation, DCS will be the first Cloud data center services and marketing provider in Thailand for OfficeAbility, which is Enterprise Social Media Software-as-a-Service (SAAS).
“Social Enterprise will fulfill the need for improved efficiency in any organization in this social media era as it greatly simplifies communication, information sharing, forum management, and project management. OfficeAbility not only manages those tasks, similar to leading social network applications, but also ensures customers with high data security. Different from the general social network applications, users can manage and search for files and communicate through social messaging while working within a secure enterprise environment.” Khun Harin said.

This cooperation is also a success of Thailand Software Park by National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), which, through Cloud Thailand Alliance, encourages Thailand Cloud Computing Service providers and software developers to raise the standard of the Software-as-a-Service business and make it more sustainable in Thailand.
Cloud Thailand Alliance (CTA) is a group created in cooperation with Software Park, NSTDA and various Cloud Computing service providers in the country who have ISO standards data center facilities. CTA was created in part to promote SaaS industry in Thailand and to become support center for Thai cloud technology software developers, to advance the development business, as well as to reduce the costs of data center services.
