Qualifications:-
-รวบรวมปัญหา/requirement/use case ต่าง ให้ Developer และ QA เอาไปใช้ในการ develop and test program
-report bug/limitation ให้ developer
-คอยดูแล program ที่มีอยู่แล้วให้ทำงานตามปกติ
