Responsibilities:
-Study and understand in real estate business requirements and operational flows.
-oordinate with Development team to implement application.
-Coordinate with Vendors for application and software Solutions.
-Provide application's consult services, troubleshooting, training to senior users.
-Communicate with end-users for the requirements and provide the solutions.
-Manage the test cases for software testing and provide the testing processes.
-Fulfill front-line and back-line support end-users.
-Maintain and support the solutions for the application issues.
-Manage and arrange training troubleshooting courses for end-users.
Requirements:
Qualifications :-
1.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
At least 5 years experience.
2.Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
3.Knowledge in SQL database, SQL language, querying databases using SQL,
Good communication skills and be able to handle many projects in the limit time.
4.Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis
5.Work well under pressure and need to have the service mind.
