About the job…

As a member of an international team you will enjoy a challenging job. Call center agents are given important operational responsibilities.
For example, your tasks may include: handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and provide world-class service in every interaction for optimal call center performance and customer satisfaction. Identify service opportunities for every customer. Demonstrate a detailed understanding of products, service and pricing. Sales of customized products. Work on special projects as assigned by management.
