Video/Motion Graphic Group Head 1 position.
Job Summary & Description:
Reporting to the Digital Director, the Motion Graphic Group Head will provide creative leadership for motion graphics and video presentations.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Design and create overall look and feel for motion graphics projects. Collaborate with the design team to come up with unique and engaging creative experiences.
2.Brainstorm and conceptualizes ideas, with ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits.
3.Manage the creation of storyboards, animatics, and pre-visualization video edits.
4.Adjust designs to fit internal and client needs or taste
5.Work with other designers, developers or technicians to complete final products
6.Estimate project timelines and work within the scope of the project
Qualifications & Experience Required:
1.Demonstrate the ability to tell stories visually.
2.Excellent understanding of motion, visual pacing and timing
3.Possess strong composition, color and design, typography and layout skills.
4.Have a core skill set in AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
5.Highly collaborative, work within team environment and accept direction from art lead, producer and product development.
6.Ability to work to budgets and deadlines
7.Ability to communicate confidently in English
8.Demonstrated ability to work within provided structure and with attention to production schedules.
