Parlant Technology, developer of ParentLink, is an American software company providing client-server-based communications systems to the US education market. Parlant Technology, Inc was formed in 1990 and is located near Salt Lake City in Provo, Utah. Our Thailand office is the primary software testing center for Parlant Technology.

We are looking for someone to train in high-level technical support for our ParentLink Application Service Provider (ASP) product. Our ASP runs our software on a large cluster of networked computers located in the USA servicing millions of customers. Our system is Linux based so we are looking for someone who has experience in maintaining Linux systems. Work hours will be from Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours a day. English language position.

12,000-20,000 THB depending on skill and experience.

Ability to communicate in English required. Must have Linux experience and be familiar with the BASH command line shell Software testing experience a major plus! Experience in any of the following would be an advantage: Customer support; MySQL; Python (programming language); Nagios.
