Business Analyst
Location: Asoke
Key Responsibilities:
•To transform the requirements into a design of the system-to-be.
•To adapt the design to match the implementation environment, designing for a good performance.
•To validate and prove assumptions made in design and requirement specifications through concrete demonstration.
•To ensure the delivery of required business functionality.Keeping up-to-date with business plans and objectives, managing the development and implementation of applications changes, and managing process owners’ and users’ expectations.
•To analyze and prepare complex cross-functional business requirements.
•To review existing Applications Systems and to identify leverage points for each process.
•To coordinate and perform user acceptance testing of assigned projects.
•To provide UAT and manual as well as other documents to users
Qualifications:
•3 – 5 years Business Analyst (IT)
•Insurance Industry working experience is preferable
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, MIS, or any relevant fields
•Excellent in project management, project documentation, and software development management.
•Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
•Very good English communication skills.
