Did you know that there is one Thai student out of every ten students in France? The education system in France has been trusted to meet the global standards and is very popular among Thai students.

France provides programs in many different fields of study in English with Fashion Design being the most popular among Thai students. Although the programs are in English, most people choose to learn French during their stay as it provides them the advantage of being bilingual.

This year is a special year at the OCSC International Education Expo 2012 which will be held on Sat-Sun October 27-28, 2012 from 12 pm to 7 pm on the 5th floor of the Royal Paragon Hall at Siam Paragon Shopping Center. There will be a total of 25 French institutions participating, the highest number ever. The students can seek advice directly from universities’ representatives on their education system, area of interest and living conditions.

In addition, France also provides the Franco-Thai scholarship program that is directed to Thai people under the age of 35. Last year, over 30 Thai students received this scholarship. The scholarship is intended for people who would like to study in French universities or Higher Education institutions, at Master’s degree or PhD level in any fields of study.
