Responsibilities:

• Review and make recommendation on software development and
  application architecture design in implementation of project's
  specifications.
  -Strongly review to ensure appropriate security for systems;
  including user access controls so that managed applications comply
  with overall regional office security policies.
• Develop feasibility studies in system design and provide advice for
  appropriate system development / enhancement.
• Design Organization's Web applications; including best practices in
  custom-built web applications.
• Closely manage the internal, external and outsources vendors of
  software developers responsible for developing web based applications
  of new application, and / or enhancements to existing applications.
  This is included regional system (SDLC)
• Develop web based application using SQL Server, .NET, Java
  application development, HTML5, XML, UML and CSS.
• Develop an analysis & design of web based system.

Qualification:

• At least 7 years' information technology experience with significant
  Web Application, SQL Server, ASP.NET, -- Java script, HTML5, XML and
  CSS.
• Deep knowledge of Java application development.
• Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and application security
  standards.
• Proven experience in overseeing / vendor management the
  implementation of system solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture and database design.
