Antonio Lionette, New Restaurant Manager at Latest Recipe introduces All-time Favourite & Italian Seafood
Bangkok, 18 September 2012 – Le Méridien Bangkok is pleased to welcome Antonio Lionetti as the new Restaurant Manager at Latest Recipe. A native of Marche in Italy, Antonio will enhance the dining experience at Latest Recipe by infusing his authentic culinary culture into every dish of the ‘Italian Seafood Market’ from 01 – 31 October 2012.
Antonio will reveal a special ‘Italian Seafood Market’ menu for lovers of Italian cuisine to enjoy. The concept derives from Antonio's home cooking style ‘From Ocean to Table’ and his grandmother’s secret recipes. Passed down from generation to generation, the comforting dishes make dining a delightfully experience throughout October.
A highlight of the lunch buffet is the enticing ‘Italian Seafood Market’ which serves a delicious selection of seafood from live cooking stations. The feast also includes a Fritto Misto station, Sicilian scallop salad with crustacean vinaigrette, grilled fish Beccofico style, Spiedini Italian barbecue sticks, and much more.
From 01-31 October 2012, the ‘Italian Seafood Market’ is at Baht 499++ per person for lunch buffet. And Sunday Brunch at 800++ per person in October only.
Available for lunch from 12.00 – 14.30 hrs. at Latest Recipe on level 02.

About Antonio Lionetti
Antonio Lionetti was born in 1981 in Puglia, southern Italy. In 1995, he moved to Senigallia where he studied at Panzini Institute, in Marche, one of the country’s leading hospitality colleges. His most significant achievement was when he worked in Zafferano, one of the finest Italian restaurants in London in 2006. Then, he worked with Lucio Galletto, Executive Chef of Lucio Restaurant in Sydney. Here his passion for Italian cuisine was ignited and he had the opportunity to work closely with celebrity Chef Lucio.
In March 2012, Anotnio joined Latest Recipe at Le Meridien Bangkok as a Restaurant Manager where he ensures every guest enjoys an inspired dining experience at the contemporary all day dining venue.
“The secret of our family’s recipes are based on simplicity”, says Anotino Lionetti. “In our everyday life we may dine in restaurants with great concepts but sometimes what we crave for is our mother’s home cooking and fresh seafood. It’s usually simple, rustic and features our all-time favourite dishes of our childhood.”
