Qualification:

-At least Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering

-Min 2 years development experience

-Min 2 years in relevent propose roles (Java/J2EE Developer)

-Min 1 years banking/financial services experience (Optional)

Tools
-Java and J2EE

-Websphere

-RDBMS, esp. DB2

-Spring

-Unit testing

-Debugging and defect investigation

-Eclipse/Websphere AST or RAD

-Defect tracking tools

-Version control systems

-MS Word & Excel

Java certification would be an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English
