Responsibility:

◦Perform MetaTrader related system installations and configurations for our clients

◦Assisting clients with questions on the phone and by email.

◦Introducing, implementing and optimizing procedures to streamline all client/ setup related business aspects

◦Communicate & coordinate with the sales team

Requirements:

◦Thai Nationality

◦Male

◦Great technical understanding and university degree in computer science or closely related fields

◦Good in English (speaking and writing)

◦Good social skills
