Salary 70-100K

Job Responsibilities

1. Guide and manage the IT team on programming, database (on multiple platforms) design/installations/access/management/security and network tasks

2. Development and implementation of tactical and strategic data warehousing solutions

3. Setup and maintain documentation and standards

4. Design and implement reporting applications

5. Manage, motivate and develop a team of programmers and IT supervisors

6. Manage day to day operations including issue resolution, resource utilization and task schedule

7. Implement and ensure a systematic development process and culture

8. Responsible for ensuring that the 95% of project meets deadlines

9. Conduct coaching to develop team members' skills and proficiency

Job Requirements

1. Male/Female

2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields

3. 5 years’ experience in managing a software development team at a major corporation or professional firm specialized in deployment of software on servers and/or network

4. Programming: ASP, ASP.NET, Delphi, Asterisk, Java and HTML

5. Database: MS SQL

6. Operating networks: TCP/IP, switches and firewalls

7. Server architecture and operating systems: windows and Linux

8. Server hosting requirements and virtual servers

9. Understanding of bgp or load balancing is a bonus

10. Proven records on team management though a systematic approach

11. Leadership ability to influence and develop team members to achieve success

12. Ability to analyze and present complex business data/process

13. Able to work off hours/weekends
