1.Sales Manager – The PANO
You will work for RIVERSIDE HOME DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED (“RHD”), a joint venture company between Frasers Property (Singapore), one of the largest global real estate companies and Krungthep Land Public Company Limited.

RHD’s current project is a luxury Chaopraya riverside condominium project, named “THE PANO”, on Rama III Road.

You will be responsible for executing a consistent sales plan consistently with a view towards achieving sales targets. You will provide management with market data, such as potential customers, its traffic matrix and competition, to enable management to formulate an effective sales strategy. You will also ensure an accurate maintenance of records on sales activities by preparing regularly reports and analyses of sales activities. Additionally, you will co-ordinate with the operations teams to satisfy our customers’ requirements for after-sales service.
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
 At least 5 years in sales experience, especially for a luxury condominium
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
 Fluency in English

2.Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy for our projects. You will have to work with other teams to manage an coordinate marketing, advertising, sales promotion and other related activities within agreed budget. You will be assigned to conduct market research to determine market requirements for our existing and future projects. You will also handle on an analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Your duties will include developing a pricing strategy and managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. Additionally, you will have to monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
 Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies, especially in real estate business
 Strong technical marketing skills
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
 Proven experience in customer and market research

3.Assistant Marketing Manager
You will work with the management team to develop and implement a marketing strategy for our projects. You will have to assist in market research to support and define the Company’s marketing strategy. You will also assist on managing and generating all technical product information to be applied to all aspects of marketing. Additionally, you will ensure accurate maintenance of records on marketing activities by preparing regularly reports and analysis of marketing activities.
 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
 3-5 years’ experience in marketing role; especially marketing experience in real estate business is preferable
 Strong technical marketing skills
 Computer literacy, especially MS Office Applications

4.Accountant / Senior Accountant
You will be responsible for handling the Company’s accounting or financial transactions. You will also be assigned to monthly closing and tax submission. Your duties may include bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and project cost accounting. Additionally, you may have to coordinate with internal and external auditors.
 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting
 0-5 years’ experience in accountant role; especially accounting experience in real estate business is preferable

5.System Analyst
You will be responsible for analyzing and designing web systems and applications. You will also design and implement databases (SQL Server). Duties will include reviewing, analyzing, testing, debugging, modifying, and documenting the existing applications. Additionally, as a system analyst, you will be required to research new technologies for solutions to new problems and challenges.
 Not over 30 years of age
 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
 At least 3 years’ experience in system analyst role
 Experience in system development, both Windows and Web Applications, with .Net (#C), ASP, and MS SQL Server
 Strong problem solving skills and good analytical skills
 Eager to learn about new technologies
 Excellent team skills and the ability to work independently
 Effective communication skills

6.Web Developer / Web Programmer
You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications. You will be also required to document programming specifications. Duties will include unit test assigned modules. Additionally, as an application developer or programmer, you will have to research new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
 Not over 28 years of age
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
 1-3 years’ experience in web development
 Knowledgeable and experienced in programming languages (preferable with experience in web-based application development, such as .Net (C#), ASP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript or other related programs
 Able to use Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash and related tools
 Database skills in MS SQL Server or other SQL database
 Self-motivated, confident and proactive problem-solver
 Excellent team skills and the ability to work independently

7.Site Engineer
You will represent the Company to oversee assigned site project activities and ensure project execution is carried out on time. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors. You will have to check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. You will ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and the Company’s standard. Your duties will include providing daily update to management on work progress and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a leading university
 0-3 years of relevant experience with a construction firm or real estate development company
 Ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, sales representatives and other engineers
 Good project management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
 Computer literacy

8.เจ้าหน้าที่ขาย / เจ้าหน้าที่ขายอาวุโส / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย / ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (หลายอัตรา)
ด้วยบริษัทฯ มีนโยบายที่จะพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพิ่มขึ้นอีกหลายโครงการในหลายพื้นที่ จึงต้องการทีมงานขายหลายอัตราเพื่อรับผิดชอบดูแลงานขายของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทฯ โดยจะทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวางแผนโครงการเพื่อกำหนดแผนการตลาด การส่งเสริมการขาย และกิจกรรมทางด้านการขายอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้เป้าหมายการขายของโครงการประสพผลสำเร็จ ตลอดจนจัดทำรายงานทางด้านการขายเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้แก่ผู้บริหารในการตัดสินใจ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการส่งมอบบ้านและการให้บริการหลังการขายที่เป็นเลิศแก่ลูกค้า
 การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการขายในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
 สำหรับตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านวางแผนการขายและการบริหารทีมงานขาย โดยอยู่ในระดับบังคับบัญชามาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
 มีบุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี

9.ผู้ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง / ผู้ควบคุมงานก่อสร้างอาวุโส
รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างบ้านให้แล้วเสร็จตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ โดยควบคุมดูแลผู้รับเหมาให้ก่อสร้างบ้านตามแบบและมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ตลอดจนการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการส่งมอบบ้านให้แก่ลูกค้าหลังจากการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
 ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาการก่อสร้าง โยธา หรือสาขาอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 ประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี ด้านการควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง

10.ช่างสำรวจ / ผู้ควบคุมงานโยธา
รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบรังวัดที่ดินโครงการ การถมดิน การสำรวจเพื่องานก่อสร้างอาคาร ถนน รั้วโครงการ สะพาน เขื่อน และการควบคุมดูแลงานสาธารณูปโภคของโครงการ ตลอดจนการติดต่อประสานงานที่ดินข้างเคียงเพื่อรักษาแนวเขตที่ดินของโครงการ
 ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างสำรวจ โยธา หรือสาขาอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 ประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี ด้านการสำรวจเพื่องานก่อสร้าง

11.ช่างเทคนิค
รับผิดชอบในการดูแลและควบคุมงานระบบไฟฟ้า และการติดตั้งระบบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามแบบและมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ การบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมงานระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และโทรศัพท์ของอาคารสำนักงาน สโมสร และบ้านของลูกค้าภายในโครงการ ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบและทดสอบงานระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และโทรศัพท์ ซึ่งดำเนินการโดยผู้รับเหมาตามงวดงานก่อสร้างที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
 ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานระบบไฟฟ้าของบ้านพักอาศัยในโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
 สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Microsoft Office และหากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม AutoCAD จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับงานที่สมัคร

12.ผู้ควบคุมงานภูมิทัศน์
รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมดูแลงานก่อสร้างภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมและการจัดสร้างงานสวนของโครงการให้แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด โดยให้มีคุณภาพ มาตรฐาน และเป็นไปตามแบบที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้
 ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีภูมิทัศน์ พืชสวนประดับ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการจัดสวนและดูแลสวนอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
 หากสามารถออกแบบจัดสวนได้จะเป็นประโยชน์
