General Job Description
• Game Development Manager will lead and develop our game business.
• Analyzing and planning projects including planning and managing resources necessary in each project.
• Estimating project scope and schedule.
• Monitoring project progress, and managing project works, time and costs properly.
• Providing status and progress reports of project activities and reporting to senior management, customers and other stakeholders.
• Analyzing and resolving project issues.
• Analyzing and relieving project risks.
• This is a Senior Managerial role leading a team of Game and Content.

Experience and Skills Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Engineering
• Excellent understanding in application development knowledge such as SQL, JAVA, C#, .NET, Mobile Application, Web Application, OO technology, etc
• Strong business acumen, creativity and ethics in closing new deals
• Excellent communication skills, strong affinity to online, mobile media, gaming and social networks
• 3-5 years work experience in online and mobile game industry
• Account management or client servicing experience an advantage
• Adept in online / new media trends, especially online gaming and social media
• Good leadership and teamwork
• Excellent oral & written of Thai and English communication skills
• Highly organized, smart, with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment

Job Scope
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
