We are looking for a web/mobile interface designer who has the following set of skills:

UXG- the pinnacle of our value
1.) Experienced in User Experience design
2.) Passionate about User Experience design
3.) Want to learn more about User Experience design

Layout & Interaction Design- another BIG point
1.) Design layout that is easy on the users' eyes
2.) Direct and pick the sexiest interaction for the task (not too much, not too little)

Illustrations- Not serious about this but it will be a plus
1.) Icon design / character design
2.) Can turn wireframes/mockups into a beautiful AI/PSD/PNG file

Do not need to know how to code frontend- but it will be another big plus if you know how to do HTML5/CSS3, if not it's ok
