ASSET P comes from "ASSET" and "PEOPLE". The name represents our dream of building things around people to solve their pain points. We are a design-led tech company with unique approach to build things. We believe that great designs solve real problems. Our process starts from product teams then our great engineers make it happen. All operations are integrated in order to deliver everything to our customers at top performance.

ASSET P's headquartered in Singapore and our new office is on Ratchadaphisek Road in Bangkok. There are no cubicles here, just open concept workspaces where we can all work together.

DESIGNER - USER INTERFACE

WHO WE WANT

ASSET P is looking for a great design who will be responsible for crafting exquisite and elegant interface solutions for applications. Our designer focus on Web UI and application UI development. The UI Designer must possess a discriminating eye for detail and have a demonstrated ability to present information in an intuitive way. Sharp analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide and accept critical feedback are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply user experience and design principles in the execution of high-fidelity mockups and interaction flows
• Design eye-catching icons with pixel perfection (Think Apple)
• Deliver detailed, expertly executed assets and sprites, anticipating XHTML/CSS issues that may arise
• Quickly adapt to dynamic timelines and variable requirements 

QUALIFICATIONS

• An amazing portfolio that can be viewed online
• Academic background (BA) in graphic design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional work experience.
• Expert knowledge in user experience principles, graphic design principles, and web standards.
• Ability to rapidly execute hi-fidelity mockups with a strong attention to pixel-level detail and craftsmanship.
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Axure RP
• You are comfortable engaging with the engineering team to understand platform capabilities, communicate design specifications, and verify implemented designs.
• Current understanding of the capabilities and effective use of modern web development technologies and techniques, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Responsive Design, web services (RESTful, etc.)
• Passion about the space: You love the world of design and are always keeping on top of the most recent design and usability improvements
• Ability to solve design problems, not just paint pretty pictures
• Previous start-up experience is a plus.
