Senior HR Executive

Recruitment :-

Responsible for all recruitment functions; advertisement for job openings, screening candidates, checks the applicant’s credentials.
Arrange and conducts interviews up to Senior level .
Prepare Letter of Offer and contact of employment to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates

HR Administration :-

Monitor employee relation and regulation
Ensure new joiners are scheduled for on-boarding and Orientation presentation/communication
Manage Payroll, Medical reimbursement, withholding tax , social security , group health insurance.
Maintenance of staff database, and personal and other HR files for all staff both Thai and international staff
Manage visa and work permit to international staff / support document to apply extend and renew visa and work permit
Accompany international staff to Immigration Bureau and Ministry of Labor for visa & work permit applying and renewal
Prepare & issue documentation related to staff change status (promotion, assignment completion, transfer)
Ensure that Personnel and administrative issues are taken care of in the best interest of the Company and its employees.
Manage employee relations, general affairs and staff welfare issues
Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
Assist Management level to review and amend company work rules and regulations whenever the Thai labor law has changed, follow-up for new labor protection act.
Assists Management level in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart and employee evaluation methods.
Other HR and general administrative related issues.

Requirements :-

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management , Social Sciences or relate fields.
Experience 3 years in human resources function (candidates without the experience will not be considered).
Knowledgeable in International and Local employment law and statutory compliance
Develop and manage the effective communication among employees and employer
A self- starter who is able t work independently and collaboratively.
Outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong contribution for teamwork
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
A strong work ethic and desire to do whatever it takes to get the compliance job done.
Good command in English both written and spoken
