Qualification :-
- At least 5 - 6 years experience in managing IT Professionals and using Microsoft Project tools.
- Good knowledge of project management methodology and software development.
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Coordination, Leadership and Negotiation skills and fluent English.
- Board range of technical backgrounds e.g. Java, J2EE, WebLogic, WebSphere, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Legacy Systems,and Banking Business.
- Familiar with complex application architecture, large scale application development process
Responsibilities :-
- Completion of information systems development and modification projects, on time and within budgets.
- Maintenance of an adequate and qualified staff of systems development and programming specialists, to serve as a key technical resource of the corporation.
- Plan and directs systems analysis, design and implementation projects.
- Effective utilization of systems development resources in meeting the information systems plans and goals of the corporation.
- Coordination of project performance with the other work of data processing department and for the timely and economic utilization of resources.
