Senior Project Coordinator – University Program

As a senior project coordinator, you will work with university IT administrators, professors and students and work with technical teams to enhance the use of Google Apps in universities. You will be providing solutions to their challenging technical issue, communication issue and change management issue and helping optimize university Google Apps experience.

You must have good attitude with the heart of helping people and have a good interpersonal skills with high responsibilities. You are required to bring your creative thinking to our energetic team to help us achieve the mission of upgrading students learning experience. You also are a quick learner, with the interest in LMS(Learning Management System) , CMS (Content Management )such as Moodle, Blackboard with a commitment to providing schools with the best possible Google Apps experience. You will also help in training people to have a better understand Google Apps in Education. We work as a team, work must be fun

Key responsibilities
Ensure the project meets key milestones and the deliverables meet stated business requirements
Finalize and document the functional design specifications of the Google Apps including Google Sites, Google form, Google group
Oversee the specific sites to get all requirements and design the appropriate model and action plan to reach the site in limited time
Prepare bi-weekly progress reports to document milestones and issues
Plan the communication plan and roll out at the appropriate time.
Design learning materials, case , modules for target groups (Professor, Student, Staff, Alumni)
Design the test and give the certificated for participants
Review the results and identify the best two or three modules that could work well in Thailand.
Work with technical teams to solve technical problems and deliver the best practices to the universities
Report to the Project Manager
