Jobs Description :
*Taking care of all questions and problems that other departments have with internally developed software and applications.
*Constant communication with Quality Assurance, Software Development, Database Administrators and Project Management, to understand the internal workings of new applications, how they interact and what the priority is of each application.
Required Skills :
*SQL skills with regards to Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 is a requirement.
*Excellent communication skills and willing to learn non-technical business and industry knowledge.
*Strong English in, speaking, reading and writing.
*Coordinate with Database Administration, Quality Assurance, Software Development and Project Management as appropriate.
*Strong analytical skills.
