Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and investigate products problem reported by customers
- Provide technical support to Operation teams
- Ensure service level agreement is met in both resolution time and quality of update provided to customers
- Work with Development and Quality team to ensure the software defects are addressed properly according to impact to customers and priority
- Response quickly to requests for technical support required outside working hours on the assigned on-call basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineer, Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working in software development or IT-related job.
• Strong Knowledge of the C/C++ programming platforms.
• Experienced in administering MS Windows at an enterprise level and automating its operation.
• Experience in networking, especially TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with UNIX-based OS: Solaris, RedHat Linux, SUSE Linux.
• Strong ability to analyze information logically and systematically towards problem resolution.
• Ability to handle pressure and deal with urgency.
• Ability to work as a team member in a different location of the main team as well as work individually.
• Ability to self-prioritise tasks base on criticality of issues and impact
• Ability to work outside working hours including weekend in on-call shift basis.
• Self-motivated, pressure-tolerant, and result-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer related field.
• Thai national or must be legally able to work in Thailand without the company having to obtain a work permit
