Responsibilities
Web Application Consultant is a position under Data Centre Strategic Services, based in Bangkok. The position will report to the Web Application Team Leader.
This position is mainly to coordinate with Business Analyst to understand requirement as well as participate in the requirement analysis. This role will cover end to end process of development life cycle which includes the design of specification, developing and testing (unit test, system test and integration test). The support & maintenance activity including the enhancement will be performed after application rolls out.
- Analyze, design, and implement the application by using the following technologies: Java, JSP, Oracle.
- Implement the User Interface by using web technology such as JavaScript, Ajax, CSS and XML concept.
- Gather requirements, design, code, test and implement according to design specifications.
- Analyze business requirements.
- Estimate development effort.
- Work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineer, Information Technology or related field
- 1-3 years experienced in software development and involved in full development life cycle - Good command of English.
- Experience with the following technologies: Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL.
- Experience with Oracle and Relational Database Design.
- Innovative problem solving, design, and testing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment to deliver results with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
