-Thai Male or Female, Age not over 28 years
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
-Knowledge in common operating system, network, business applications & hardware
-Windows NT, 2000, XP, MS Office applications, SQL and Server 2000
-Some previous experience working in a technical support or customer service role is advantage
-Able to deal with and handle difficult situations and able to work under time constraints and in pressure environment
-Good customer service skill with hard working with professional attitude
