The finding also showed a rising trend of self-organized traveling due to easy access to information through internet channel. However, the majority of Citibank Credit Cardmembers (86 %) prefer to travel in group with a special arrangement through credit cards to enjoy the benefits of obtaining insight information with diverse activities such as dining at recommended best-in-class gourmet & gastronomic restaurants and traveling with gurus to explore unseen places responding to each individual lifestyle. Three main decision factors are price, travel program, and travel season.
