Responsibilities

Summary:

We count on you to do to establish a robust Capacity Management capability within Internal services. Once established to provide transparency and drive ongoing improvements in Capacity Management service performance, working with the other functions within Internal services to ensure appropriate management and control across all core Internal services infrastructures.

Responsibilities:
• Champion and drive the Capacity Management process across Internal services and ensure that optimum customer service is obtained.
• Ensure effective operation of the process through regular and ongoing reviews across the service towers, utilising appropriate MIS and review boards.
• Drive significant improvements in Capacity Management adoption and subsequent compliance.
• Drive achievement of OLAs & SLAs within Internal services and our operational partners to ensure optimum service delivery
• Responsible for ongoing development of the Capacity Management process within Internal services, working with the central process ownership function as required.
• Analyse service reporting within Capacity Management to drive service improvement.
• SME for Capacity Management including all associated sub-processes
• Build and maintain effective relationships within the Internal services business / development / Third Party and broader TO organisation
• Liaise with your peers within the other SBUs to ensure activities and process represent industry standard and best in class.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science; Computer Engineering or related discipline. Graduate Bachelor Science, Bachelor Engineering , MIS , MIT or related field.
• Proven track record in leading Capacity Management activities and service improvements in a global organization - minimum 5 years experience.
• Hold ITIL Certification - Version 2 or 3.
• Strong process and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• A positive 'can do/will do' attitude is essential.
• Staff management skills - ability to lead a global function - either through direct control or influence.
