SENIOR FLASH DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:
•You must have previous Flash development experience, preferably within an advertising industry.
•You will be able to build and test rich flash based web applications, design and build flash components and applications for multiple clients on both short and long term campaigns.
•You will be able to work alongside other disciplines to provide an understanding of all aspects of Flash applications being able to work within a team and to take lead of a junior team.
•You will have excellent analytical, design, programming, problem solving skills.

Requirements:
•Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT/MIS or related field.
•At least 2 years in-depth experience in the area of Actionscript 2 or 3
•Must have a good XML and SQL language skill and experienced in DBMS such as MySQL, MSSQL Server.
•Specialize in PHP, PHP Framework or .NET programming is a plus
•A proactive and team player with the ability to work in dynamic environment
•Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
•Good communication (written and oral) negotiation and interpersonal skill
•Able to work under pressure
