Now Hiring: Web Development Manager ( PHP / Django )

Job Description

We are looking for a web development manager who will be responsible for all web-related staff and projects within the company and report directly to the CEO.

You will plan milestones and goals for projects and run them, starting from initial design, through the production process, to continuous operation. You will advise a team of about five web developers and help them find solutions to complex technical problems.

Your responsibilities will include interviewing and hiring of new talent as well as developing your team members and providing feedback. In internal seminars and on-the-job training you will build up the technical skills of the company's web developers.

Required Abilities, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working with PHP and MySQL
• Previous work experience using a versioning system
• Capable of handling web development projects independently
• Experience with Apache and Linux preferred
• Python programming know-how would be beneficial but isn't required
• Django know-how would be a plus but isn't required
