Qualification:

1. SQL, RDBMS (Oracle or DB2 or MySQL or SQL Server etc.)
2. Web Application with JSP&Servlet, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
3. Understand OOP and experienced in UML Diagram and notation
4. Java Programming and Preferred experienced in EJB, Web Service
5. Experienced in web application framework such as Struts, Spring
6. Experienced in JBoss or Websphere or Oracle Web Logic
7. Preferred experienced in IDE Tools such as Eclipse
8. Preferred experienced in Dream Weaver, ActionScript in Macromedia Flash
9. Preferred experienced in RIA
