We are currently looking for teh following:

Senior WPF and Silverlight Developer

You Have:
· 5+ years ‘hands-on’ coding experience

· A sharp mind and a desire to get the job done

· An understand ‘Agile’ development practices

· A passion for technology and technical stuff that matters for you

· Good English , especially writing and listening, be comfortable in a 100% English environment.

· The ability to work independently and be self motivated

· A desire to learn and work in a face paced environment

Your Skills are:

· 3+ years of experience developing object oriented solutions in C#

· Silverlight Experience would be a Significant Plus!

· Disciplined in Object Oriented code development

· WPF and WPC development experience

· Experience handling MS Framework 3.5 or LINQ.

· Understanding of Code Review Process

· Experience developing technical test cases for your code

· Analytical mind, disciplined approach to problem solving, self driven, ability to understand and visualize business problems

· Experience developing products and/or solutions using Visual Studio 2005 or later

· Working knowledge of the MSF, Team Suite and Team Foundation Server also a strong plus
