พอดีต้องการลง windows 10 น่ะครับ แต่ว่าตอนนี้ไม่มี windows 10 ขายแล้ว ถ้าผมซื้อ windows 11 มาเพื่อเอา key แล้วใช้กับ windows 10 มันทำได้ไหมครับ?

ปกติแล้วก็ไม่ได้ แต่ว่านับตั้งแต่ Windows 10 เป็นต้นไป Microsoft เคี่ยวมากเรื่องการอัปเกรดเวอร์ชัน Windows ไม่ว่าลูกค้าจะใช้คีย์ของเวอร์ชันอะไรอยู่ก็ตาม ฉะคำตอบสุดท้ายคือ... ได้

Key cross version ใช้ได้แค่กรณีเดียวคือ Windows 10 ไป 11 เท่านั้น คีย์ Windows 10 ทุกตัว สามารถ Activate Windows 11 ได้ทั้งหมด (ถือเป็นการอัปเกรดตามเงื่อนไขอัปเกรดฟรี)
ส่วนกรณีเอา Key Windows 11 มา Activate Windows 10 แม้เป็นระบบเดิมของ Windows 10 แต่ Key ไม่ยอม Activate ให้ครับ
ทางแก้คือ คุณต้องไปซื้อคีย์ Windows 10 ซึ่งมีขายบน Microsoft Store หรือบนเว็บครับ
