ขอคำปรึกษาหน่อยครับ
ตอนนี้ผมได้งาน 2 ที่นี้ แต่ติดที่ว่าผมควรเลือกไปที่ไหนดี
ระหว่าง IBM SD กับ True

IBM SD ไปทำเกี่ยวกับระบบผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร
ส่วนทรูไปทำเกี่ยวกับ Database

ขอความคำแนะนำหน่อยครับ อยากรู้ว่าอันไหนน่าจะดูแล้วมีอนาคตมากกว่ากัน
ตามสบายเลยนะครับ ผมอยากลองฟังความคิดเห็นของคนในเวปนี้บ้างครับ ^_^

อยากรู้เพิ่มครับ
1.งานที่ทำเป็นด้านไหน technical specialist พวก sysadmin database admin ทำ ETL , database tuning หรือ เป็น พวกดูแล functional specialist พวก แก้ไข แอพพลิเคชั่น เวิร์คโฟล์ว เทมเพลตรายงาน ทำพวก แอดออน

2.ถนัดอะไรมากกว่ากัน ครับ ระหว่าง ทำ แอพพลิเคชั่น กับ เน้น ETL tunning database
ไม่ทราบว่า งานที่ทำเกียวข้องกับ พวก data ware house ด้วยหรือเปล่า

3.อีก 3 ปีอยากมีคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างไง เช่น เลิกงานเป็นเวลา ได้หยุดพร้อมคนอื่น ได้เจอคนเยอะๆ เปลี่ยนที่ทำงานไปเรื่อยๆ เดินทางบ่อย ประมาณนี้ หรือเปล่าครับ หรือว่า อยากได้ตรงกันข้าม

มีคนบอกว่า IBM SD เงินเดือนขึ้นเท่าแบงค์ (ปีนึงเป็นหลักร้อย) + สวัสดิการไม่ได้เท่าพนักงานแบงค์ บางคนถึงขั้นบอกว่าเป็นได้แค่พนักงานชั้นสอง (หนักไปไหม ?)

ไม่รู้ว่าไอ้คนพูดนี่มีอคติอะไรกับ IBM SD หรือเปล่านะครับ :-) ถ้ายังไงต้องลองหาคนที่ำทำงานอยู่แ้ล้วคุยกันเองนะ ผมเองก็ไม่รู้ว่าข้างบนมันอัพเดตแค่ไหนน่ะครับ

ที่แน่ ๆ ออฟฟิซสองที่นี้ดูเหมือนว่าจะอยู่กันคนละมุึมเมืองเลย (True ทำที่ True Tower ที่รัชดาใช่หรือเปล่า ส่วน IBM SD น่าจะ Support Site ที่กสิกรไทยสาขาใหญ่ ที่ราษฎรบูรณะ) ขอให้ดูเรื่องการเดินทางด้วยนะครับ เดินทางไกล ๆ ไปทำงานทุกวัน ๆ มันเหนื่อยนะบอกก่อน (ผมเคยเดินทางไปทำงานไปกลับรวมกันร่วมร้อยโลทุกวันครับ เหนื่อยมากๆ)
