Software Consultant will be responsible for providing worldwide technical support for Reuters' products.

Responsibilities include:- •Investigate the client problem escalated by 1st and 2nd level support groups •Perform a root-cause analysis and provide solutions or possible workarounds to the client. •Coordinate with the development team in order to find a permanent resolution for the problem that required software fixed

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields •At least 3 years hands-on experience in software development. •Understanding of C/C++/Java/SQL/Perl/Unix programming •Ability to handle technical questions and expectations from Global clients •Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
