• Contact with business owner to gather business requirement.
• Consolidate and Analysis requirement for compare base on systems.
• Works with business process owners to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency.
• Manage to complete the responsible projects.
• Designed business processes achieve the functional results required by the business process objectives.
• Plan and Test System, Design test case and Test Procedure.
• Cooperate with Business user, vendor and internal IT Team to solve incidents and problems.
• Production support and provide solution for workaround.
