- Contact with business owner to gather business requirement.
- Consolidate and Analysis requirement for compare base on systems.
- Works with business process owners to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency.
- Manage to complete the responsible projects.
- Designed business processes achieve the functional results required by the business process objectives.
- Plan and Test System, Design test case and Test Procedure.
- Cooperate with Business user, vendor and internal IT Team to solve incidents and problems.
- Production support and provide solution for workaround.
