System Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Analyze user requirements and design efficient functional and
technical specification for developer
• Cooperate with the development team on all tasks of
development activities to guarantee high quality system
implementation
• Maintain the development project plan as scheduled with
project milestones to ensure commitments to date of delivery
• Review and control related software projects' documentation
• Report to Technical Manager
Qualifications :
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT/MIS,
Statistics or related field.
• At least 3 years in-depth experience in the area of web
application implementation, and software project management.
• Knowledge in CASE tools to analysis and design Information
System by using OOP methodology such as UML, Rational Rose.
• Must have a good SQL language skill and able to develop web
application program by using .NET framework.
• Experience in DBMS such as MS-SQL Server, MySQL or ORACLE.
• Good communication (written and oral) negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of medical related standards such as HL7 , ICD, etc. is an advantage
• Experienced in any Healthcare Information System or healthcare application is also a plus
